He argues that (1) the trial court erroneously reserved its decision on defendants motion for a directed verdict at the close of the States evidence; (2) the trial court erred in denying defendants motion for a directed verdict at the close of all evidence on the charge of murder based on depraved indifference to human life; (3) the prosecutor improperly impeached defendant; and (4) the prosecutor improperly argued the applicable law of the case to the jury during the final argument.
